makes drama. There are many examples of this in respect to justice and professional relationships such as issues concerning rationing, privacy, confidentiality and research issues. Examples abound from the time
that on House, Foreman was conducting a research study but became sexually involved with a study participant to Izzys purposefully making Dennys condition worse so he would be more likely
to receive a donated organ on Greys Anatomy. On a recent episode of Mercy, a nurse assists in a suicide and her police officer boyfriend tries to help her escape
charges. Again, while these are popular shows designed to create drama, they send a message that it is okay not to follow ethical rules. There is no show that breaks
more rules than House, a series that centers on Gregory House, a physician who is able to make brilliant diagnoses using unorthodox techniques. One particular episode of House stands
out with a number of ethical breaches and dilemmas in "Informed Consent," an episode that aired during the shows third season. During the episode, a patient by the name of
