need to seek employment within other local communities. While arms are by no means flung open in a warm embrace for this ethnic group, the Native Americans are better
accepted than any other race that may choose to reside here. Indeed, there is no presence of multiculturalism in this community, and it is exactly the way the long-term locals
want it to be. Discrimination is a multifaceted component of this town that has placed a tremendous black mark upon the character of a community allegedly inhabited by civilized
beings. To dissect the overwhelming presence of discrimination is to find it in virtually every social subgroup but most predominantly within the Church. While townspeople do not outwardly
profess to harbor hostility toward other races, it is an undeniable truth when witnessed through their actions. Eradicating the racist attitudes in this town - a prolific problem that
perpetually feeds upon itself - calls for residents to reach back to their roots when multiculturalism reflected a rich and rewarding integration; everyone benefited from such an alliance unlike today
where cultural ownership has taken its place. Just who belongs together with whom, and for what purposes, and on what authority? Where and why do the claims of
descent, religion, nationality, economic position, ideology, gender, and civilization trump one another in the competition for the loyalties of individuals in an epoch of increased global integration? How much
