They go to Disney World and follow whatever the employees tell them, even if it means waiting on line for hours. People go to concerts and are mesmerized by a
particular band and will follow what the crowd does and says, even if it means injury and sometimes death. The masses are the followers, but the writers provide a voice
for a few and for the many. It seems that writers can hone in on that part of the individual that yearns for individuality and creativity, but this is something
beyond the talents or desires of the average Joe. A comment submitted by a student contends that given the immensity or even the grandeur of the social processes and
phenomena that occupied their attention, all writers evidence a tremendous admiration for one or another form of individuality. This certainly appears a reasonable assumption. In comparing and contrasting
two writers perspectives on challenges confronting the highest development of individuality, Nietzsche and Marx are two theorists who seem to comprehend the true nature of man and the meaning
of individuality. In looking at Nietzsches works, one can see that he sees individuality as something to which man should aspire. People need to find out who they are and
what they have to offer. To Nietzsche, the concept of the superman is entrenched in this ideology of individuality. Clearly, there is no greater supporter of mans right to seek
