that cloning essentially goes against the laws of nature, while others argue that science has always gone against the laws of nature and that cloning is logically the next step
to a better existence for all. So, although cloning could well be used for negative ends, it can also be a very powerful tool in making the lives of many
people far better than anyone could have dreamed through improving health, providing food for the needy and essentially improving quality of life. The following paper argues for cloning, while also
presenting some of the cons against cloning. Cloning Cloning is a scientific endeavor that actually covers a great deal of ground. There is the cloning of entire living
creatures, such as the cloning of Dolly the sheep. There is the cloning of body parts, organs, and such for future use by people in need of medical attention. There
is genetic engineering which involves the cloning of plants for many different uses, including food. Cloning can come from embryonic research, aborted fetus research, chemical research involving DNA and plants.
And, in all honesty, cloning is only the next step in scientific research as it involves interference with the natural order of things. Scientists, and common individuals, have played around
with genetic engineering through breeding perfect plants and animals for centuries and as such it is really nothing new. In essence, cloning
is a very diverse topic, which is why it is such a controversial topic. The point is that even though there may be many ways to negatively look at cloning,
