this topic, it seems that many issues loom over this important process. When analyzing the problem at the initial stage, one should first and foremost document the necessity for
change (Welsh and Harris 15). Before making any change, it is imperative that the change be necessary. Sometimes, new leaders come in and want to do things their way, or
they simply want to promote an image, but change is something that should be implemented only when necessary. In analyzing the problem at the first stage of the process, one
needs to evaluate the problem fully and research its history as well as to conduct an analysis (Welsh and Harris 15). It is through examining the problem that applicable necessary
changes will become apparent. It is at this stage that staff be reassured of their continuance. Many people fear job loss or other significant alteration of their position when an
