only the task of implementation. In this way the workers do what they do best while the manager is there to do what he should be doing: leading the
organization in an effective and efficient manner. By using specific methods to determine how to make the organization run more efficiently, a manager can bolster the productivity of the
organization. Morgans acknowledgement of this untapped resource should serve as a wake-up call to much of corporate America. By letting employees languish in the same position year after
year is a strict misuse of assets. Morgan teaches some valuable lessons by pointing out how we can better utilize the assets already inside the organization-the employees themselves.
One of these methods would be ensuring that each employee has the best training available to enable him or her to work to the fullest potential. Of course it
