could theoretically be prosecuted. In Vietnam for example, soldiers were punished for obeying orders that were considered illegal. Of courses, Watada is not in the thick of war, as he
is on solid ground and has had the time to research the predicament. He claims that the war is in violation of the War Powers Act, the Constitution and so
forth, and experts do not say that he is in error (Brecher & Smith, 2006). He also claims that the war violates Nuremberg principles (Brecher & Smith, 2006). Watadas argument
is clearly against this particular war, and not war altogether. Hence, he differs from other theorists who have opposed the concept of war over time. Bob Marley was a
peace maker. He had extreme beliefs and some people believed that his ideas were what got him killed. Constantine (2000) speculates that because his cancer began in his foot, and
the boots hurt his foot due to a copper wire imbedded in the footwear, that his death was actually a murder. While conspiracy theories abound, and this idea actually seemingly
did spark speculation about other black leaders deaths, it seems that at the very least, one could say that Marley was very political. His views, and alliance with a religion
that approves of an illegal substance, are perhaps enough to suggest that he was a controversial figure. His views on war were also unpopular. He was part of a generation
