work-centered analysis (WCA) framework is one that takes on the appearance of a pyramid in which customers occupy the apex point and are supported by products underneath. Below both
of these, forming the base of the pyramid that holds up and supports all other aspects of the business are the business processes by which the company conducts its business
and serves its customers. Assessing HHH According to WCA Within the business process pyramid base are participants, information and technology. Participants are
those who perform the work prescribed by the organizations business processes. Information is that which is used by participants to perform their duties; the technology component is that affecting
participants ability to perform their jobs (Overview, n.d.). This information can be viewed from five perspectives, each of which has the ability of
informing assessment of current conditions and proposed changes. Perspectives from which the WCA framework can be viewed emphasize architecture, performance, infrastructure, context and risk. For HHH, the first
four of these are adequate for HHHs needs at present but not for the future as the company approaches capacity with current systems. The final one, risk, is not
adequately met at all in HHHs current business process structure. Altering the architecture, performance and infrastructure perspectives preserves the context in which the company operates while also mitigating the
risks it faces in the course of its business. * Architecture. Creating a new architecture that will enable visiting nurses to communicate with the company at any time and
