can be utilized in order to help ensure that the contracts are effective in achieving their goal. Holt, (2004), puts forward 8 requirements should be present in order to ensure
that the contract will be able to meet its goals. It is interesting to read these as there is a close correspondence between the contract requirements and general project management
processes and requirements (Kerzner, 2005). The first of these is to define what is required and what is achievable. Holt argues that of the customer requirements or unrealistic customer expectations
