However this does appear to be a potentially problematic patter as the extension of the employee turnover is high and it ma have a knock on effect on the employee structure with an increasingly aged workforce that will be moving towards retirement. High attrition levels can also impact ion the culture, and as such the performance of the workforce de-motivating employees and reducing social cohesion, which in turn may lead to increased level of attrition. In order to consider the issues faced by the firm it is important to consider the role of motivation theory and the way it is implemented at the firm and the potential strategies that may be unlisted in order to overcome the issues faced. 2.
