clients are diverse and numerous. As a result we have experienced rapid expansion over the past few years. In addition to our original call center in Arizona, we
now have call centers in four more states as well as in two cities in India. Employment law not only affects all of those centers but employment law is
in a state of constant evolution. It is imperative that our organization be abreast of recent employment law/labor law updates, changes, and trends as well as recent major court
case decisions and employment trends that might affect our employees. When considering successful companies, one thing quickly becomes apparent. That
is that each is characterized by an excellent human resources team (Zeidner, 2009). Consider, for example, the companies identified in the recent Fortune Magazine article "100 Best companies to
work for 2010". These companies have no apparent similarity in the number of employees they have nor even in the type of work they are involved in. What
