the easiest and least expensive type of business to start. It means that you are the only one who owns the business. The entrepreneur must obtain a business license, file
a fictitious name statement, as applicable, and publish the fictitious name. This can all be accomplished by the entrepreneur (SBA, 2000b). The next step is to begin writing the
