touches almost every aspect of an individuals life, and more often than not for the better of the individual and the society, if not the world as well. The following
paper examines the benefits of technology today. How Technology Benefits People Today The simplest forms of technology today that benefit people involve the cell phone and the variations of
the cell phone that can link people to many things other than simple phone conversations. For example, a cell phone is something that many people cannot envision living without in
modern times, although they have really only been widespread in use for only a couple of decades. People who are driving their car and break down, perhaps in the middle
of nowhere, can call someone to come pick them up or help them. A child who is away on a field trip can call their parents from anywhere and let
them know what is going on, easy worry and concern. The ability to text gives people the freedom to pass along quick important messages without disrupting schedules or other activities.
From sending a picture of a wallpaper to another, making decision making quicker, to calling and asking for help in the middle of the woods because of a disaster, cell
phones are a very important and beneficial part of modern technology. The Internet is another modern technology that truly can, and does, improve the lives of people around the
