Essay / Research Paper Abstract
5 pages in length. Coupled with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), the U.S. State Department spent almost one point six million dollars so that non-governmental organizations (NGOs) had the funds to establish such monumental prevention efforts, providing assistance to victims, and improving coordination between law enforcement officials and local NGOs.
