there seemed to be an increase in attention paid towards the Holocaust of WWII. Numerous articles depicted the recalled experiences of those who had endured this horrid reality. From discussing
particular stories to offering up celebrations for survivors the Holocaust seemed to be prominent in the news and the media. In the following paper we provide a brief examination of
the articles which were coming out between 1990 and 1995 as they related to the Holocaust. The paper then discusses prominent events which were taking place during this period of
time (1990-1995), and then discusses what contributions the attention paid to the Holocaust may have had to society. Holocaust Writings The articles which were coming out regarding the
Holocaust, in 1990 to 1995, were incredibly varied. There were sociological articles which dealt with the individuals who experienced the events. There were articles addressing the historical involvement of the
Holocaust, and psychological articles addressing the specific needs and conditions of those who experienced the Holocaust. There were also articles which dealt with the children whose parents were in the
Holocaust, indicating the impact such historical conditions have upon later generations. There were also many different stances on the subject of the Holocaust. There were those who were concerned
about the post traumatic stress associated with the events, there were those who were merely addressing the issue from a historical perspective and thus remained somewhat unbiased in presentation. There
were even those who perhaps argued that it was a time that was necessary. For the most part, however, the literature was sympathetic and introspective. The perceptions of most writers
