as dragons themselves. It is the idea of an image, which stands or indicates something, that we as human believes exists, but may not necessarily be able to see.
Often this is an idea or emotion, but certainly it may also be a dragon. When we check even on the word dragon, it has roots in Old
French as well as Middle English, and the Latin, dracon. The creature has many shapes, reptilian or monstrous, and may or may not fly, but is always an indication
of power and the supernatural. It also is usually a guardian of treasure as well. Eastern Eastern dragons are not as flashy as their western cousins: they usually
