groundbreaking compilation of scientifically conscious thought was that of sense certainty, a concept that was thoroughly developed in Phenomenology of Spirit. Hegels attempt to define the notion of absolute
knowledge led him down a path of discovery that postulated the very essence of being, inasmuch as the philosopher carefully contemplated the various avenues one must travel as a means
