Mexican law ("Mexico," 2008). (b)Immunizations needed before travel Four weeks prior to departure to Mexico, a Hepatitis A vaccine is advised ("Immunizations Need for Safe Travel
to Mexico," 2008). Specific recommendations are made for children under two and pregnant women in respect to the Hepatitis A vaccine ("Immunizations Need for Safe Travel to Mexico," 2008). If
someone might come into contact with blood or bodily fluids while in Mexico, the Hepatitis B vaccine is also recommended ("Immunizations Need for Safe Travel to Mexico," 2008). A rabies
vaccination is only recommended if the traveler plans to visit very rural areas of Mexico where there would be heavy exposure to undomesticated animals ("Immunizations Need for Safe Travel to
