statement Al Gore should continue in his pursuit of the presidency due to the historical political ramifications, and the need to revamp or redefine the electoral college process. Hanging by
a chad Before the 2000 election how many of you even knew what a "chad" was? A country in Africa that y kind of remember hearing about? That
is certainly what I thought, when I first heard the word, but did not have a clear picture how Africa had worked its way into the United States political system.
In a true example of the definition that "God/life/value is in the details," we have now learned more about a "chad" then any of us ever wanted to
know. And just to give you a different slant on those details of the election: A voter usually marks their ballot with a stylus or a punching tool
