getting on and as such he is not motivating them, this also means that he is unaware of problems that are occurring. If he does not talk to his managers

job that she felt she was qualified for. When she starts her job she is simply told to get on with it, there is no job descripton, uncertainty leads to
conditions that can be de-motivational. In addition to this her status is being undermined as Andrew, who is meant to be her peer, is delegating work to her and doing
parts of the job that were meant to be hers with the hiring. In addition to this it was suggested that she give up her part time degree course, which
