all markets including the labor market, however, the actions and reactions of wages are not as fluid as other goods and services as there are constraints; many states will have
minimum wage requirements, in addition to this there are other elements beside supply and demand which will impact on wages, such as the attitude of the employer and the way
that the employer is treating the employees. Therefore, it is not simply a matter of cutting wages as unemployment increases and the labor supply exceeds the demand, it is also
understanding how to make the most of labor that is present, there are a number of theories that can be considered and a good fork to consider in this context
is Starbucks. This is an important subject as employers need to know how to make the most of their employees and maximize the productivity; it may help a business
survive in difficult time, and may also help to create a more pleasant workplace for the employer and the employees. Money is an important subject, to the concept of motivation
