regiocentric approach that is seen in Japan, If Marks and Spencer can retrain many of their own values, but create a hybrid, using local knowledge and ringing in local managers
with relevant skills as well as embracing the need to training and prepare any staff that are sent to Japan, the firm may have the basis for a successful expansion
