we will look at a number of concepts and apply them to the real estate industry. Organizational Behavior The way in
which an organization meets the challenges depends not only on the knowledge of the market, but also on the organizational behavior in the company. Organizational behavior can be defined as
"The study of the structure, functioning and performance of organizations, and the behavior of groups and individuals within them" (Middleton, 2002). It is therefore possible to see how the collective
of individuals who make up the organization can have an impact on the way in which the challenges are met within the commercial world. There are many examples which
indicate the importance of organizational behavior. If we apply this to the real estate business then the structure will be one that is delegated. The different agents working for the
company have to be self motivated in order to carry out their jobs, even with motivations from the management, thus needs to be supported not only with aspects such as
commutation structures, but also with the way the staff behavior, they need to be trusted, but also need to live up to that trust in the way that act as
