ensuring communications are constant. RMO Foundation has been hired to help CFR organize internally through a human resources information system. There is
little doubt that there are some issue here in terms of time and cost. But before investing a great deal of money on hardware and software that will inevitably fail
because its not being used for the right reasons, its better to analyze, first and foremost, the tasks that need to be taken care of.
