Many manufacturers have entered China over the past several years. Delhi Manufacturing needs to establish a Human Resources strategy as have all others, but
Delhi enjoys several advantages over many of the others that have entered China over the years. Not only is India an Asian nation as is China, it is also
a developing one. Despite strong growth throughout the decade of the 1990s, India has not yet reached the point of being a mature market economy. Most of the
companies that have entered China over the past several years are based in long-mature economies of developed nations, which gives Indian companies a form of advantage.
The result is that Delhi Manufacturing is particularly well-positioned in making this planned transition. Though the company understands the needs of international business customers, it also
