individuals residing in the United States would receive high quality and affordable health care services" ("Congressman John Conyers, Jr.," 2006). The bill would make sure that people would have access
to the doctors they prefer and have no limitations on accessing ordinary health care ("Congressman John Conyers, Jr.," 2006). He explains: "The bill would create a publicly financed, privately delivered
health care system that uses the already existing Medicare program by expanding and improving it to all U.S. residents, and all residents living in U.S. territories" ("Congressman John Conyers, Jr.,"
2006). This bill is important. If passed, it would revolutionize health care. A student writing on this subject might take the position that this is a good idea. As put
