and what had made her prosperous. On September 11th, they made the mistake of believing their own lies and now are perhaps realizing that America was never stronger than in
their collective grief and anger over the slaughter of nearly three thousand lives, and the billion dollars of damage to the great city of New York, not to mention the
damage to the Pentagon and loss of life occurring there. This all out assault on the United States by a terrorist group funded and led by Ossama Bin Laden, took
the friendly from the skies and as a result has changed the rules, regulations and lives of all those involved with the airline industries, but the United States government, as
well. On September 11th, 2001, flying the friendly skies ended. American Airlines, Boeing 767 and United Airlines Boeing 767, both going from Boston to Los Angeles, were hijacked and
flown, only minutes apart, into the twin towers of the World Trade Center in New York City. The terror in the skies didnt end there, however, as another boeing 757
as flown directly into the Pentagon. Meanwhile, in a scenario that resembled something on the silver screen, another plane was hijacked just out of Pennsylvania, but went down short of
its intended target: The White House. In the heightened wake of the attacks, President Bush determined that there should be a creation of a new organization which would coordinate all
