instead, it now has over 60 employees (Crowley, 2007). In fact, this company is the largest female-owned relocation management company in the country (Crowley, 2007). The company has numerous strengths
that will lead to continued success. The organization is more horizontal/flat than it is hierarchical in terms of how the work is accomplished. The senior management team is comprised of
