Calendar, Google is not only building its consumer base, but it is also constructing an "alternative environment for software, advertising and Internet content" that has challenged several business models and
also eroded the revenue of numerous venders (Weisman). Citing a spokesperson for a research firm, Anthea Stratigos, Weisman indicates that many products that were previously fee-based will now become free
to consumers as they will be supported by advertising. This new development has caused considerable shake-up in the business world, according to Stratigos, who predicts that "...youre going to see
