in relation to definition and assessment. How is an effective leader chosen, and what are the criteria for choosing such? Does leadership truly influence organizational communication? How
essential is good leadership in relation to the communication of the group as a whole? These represent just some of the concerns industry experts have discussed as a means
by which to ascertain the true benefit of effective and enabling leadership. In the ongoing quest to make the workplace a more effective environment, it has also become an
ever-changing one in relation to its modifying climate. One of the most identifiable changes as determined by organizational culture has been in the overt modification of the primary focal
point, which has been responsible for different values, assumptions and expectations. Many industry analysts have attempted to demonstrate how ineffective leadership can actually become, insofar as people have
come to depend on its ability to address an organizational crisis. In some sense, this view has helped to define exactly what being an effective leader means, and whether
