two sides to global warming? When one speaks of the two sides of global warming one generally speaks of those who argue it is real and those who argue it
is not real. The following paper examines this possibility and discusses global warming in general, as it pertains to global warming being a reality, but not necessarily a devastating reality.
Global Warming One author notes, "In case you have not notices, all natural disasters are now caused by global warming. Tsunamis, hurricanes,
tornadoes, heat waves, and snowstorms are all being blamed on mankinds use of fossil fuels" (Spencer, 2008; 11). Anyone in who watches television and who resides perhaps in the western
portions of the world is constantly bombarded with such realities, although one could well argue that these natural disasters have been going on since the beginning of time, with some
times in history experiencing far more disasters than people today. But, it is clearly an issue that concerns many: "Global warming has become a question for citizens, and not only
scientists. Citizens must decide how serious the threat is and what to do about it, which cures make sense, and which might be worse that the disease. Alas, the answers
to these questions depend on scientific issues of fierce complexity that few laymen are capable of confronting directly" (Solomon, 2008; 1). This sort of information clearly indicates that the
average individual, and even the highly educated individual, may well have a very difficult time truly understanding all the elements of global warming, as a possibility. But, on the other
