often, but can also be broken down into different approaches is that of the cosmopolitan view. A full cosmopolitan approach puts forward a concept that every individual is current, by
every other individual egalitarian distributive justice; that all humans on earth hold rights and also their duties (Caney. 2006; Kant, 2007. This is a typically normative conception of man, and
is the basis for the argument that each individual has more status and intrinsic worth. Furthermore, the moral status and wealth of each person is deemed to be equal.
The cosmopolitan approach rejects the idea of moral salience of national borders, in determining an ideal form of justice the concept of national
borders is argued as irrelevant. National borders only become pertinent for the way in which justice will be implemented, as Justice needs to be undertaken in a transparent manner in
the context of the social and physical facts, regardless of whether these are ideal and just, or whether they are not (Caney. 2006).
Therefore, in for cosmopolitan view the value of national borders is only of value due to the instrumental contingent value (Jones, 2001). Therefore, there can be a favorable view
of geophysical boundaries or divisions, attorney to the extent that they will provide a viable methodology to work towards for global egalitarian distributive justice. Theoretically, if historical views and current
contingencies would to change, under this approach there would be no need for national borders in order to implement global justice (Jones, 2001).
