Technology is having a significant impact on the business work, impacting is the use of technology in terms of practical manufacturing and production and knowledge management as
well a support activities and computerisation are all relevant. There are many influences here we discuss a few. A major argument for
the use of technology is the way that computers do not requiring sleep or rest and although they did need repair, the speed of work is able to outperform humans
the economic motivation to use them has been overwhelming. This has created fears from many employees regarding the way technology may be introduced, as in using them there is
the impact of putting those who performed the work out of their jobs, but this can be balanced in part at least, with the arguments of different labour usage and
the jobs created by the IT industry, not only making the computers, but also the maintenance and sales of computers and their complimentary goods. Jobs may be created as
well as eliminated and others may be radically altered. These may lead to increased safety and ability to do good work, such as with keyhole surgery, the training of pilots
however, the way it is used may also have an impact in the remaining workforce, either allowing them to feel empowered and motivated or to feel redundant and controlled leading
to more negative psychological outcomes (Lai and Ong, 2010). This may therefore have an impact on issues such as motivation, aiding where there is employment, but having a negative
