in other countries. Businesses also seek international opportunities for many different reasons. The complexity of international business negotiations differ by each situation, but common problems and theories are applicable
in every situation. The way a business approaches international trade can "influence international business negotiations in significant and unexpected ways from the first to the last stage of a
negotiation," (Numprasertchai & Swierczek, 2006). Free-Zones In the Free-Zones power point presentation, the first step to improving clarity and recognition of the concepts
the authors are trying to present is to re-outline and streamline the organization of the subject. The first slide indicates the objective to convince companies not to move to
low cost producing countries. In contrast to the presentation currently, clear conceptual ideas, characteristics and objectives need to be in order as outlined in the introduction. The first
step to streamlining and organizing would be to use the table of contents slide as framework for the following slides (a bullet in the table of contents needs to be
a heading for a following slide). One important factor to add to this presentation is the trend of companies using current data. The
advantage for a company to move to countries with lower cost labor can be argued against, strengthening the authors argument for free-zones as outlined in the first slide. Contributing
