which stiffens the punishment if associated in any way with terrorist-related acts; Illinois (S.B. 265), which amends the Criminal Code of 1961 to grant more significant penalties depending upon value
of property; Massachusetts (H.B. 2742, S.B. 152 & S.B. 166); New York (A.B. 1294, S.B. 3, S.B. 1316 & S.B. 2265); and Virginia (H.B. 1928). II. FOUR COMPONENTS OF
THE U.S. CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEMS 1) Law Enforcement: Greek law evolved as a necessary means by which to regulate societys behavior. What
