calculated as a part of the larger management equation. External factors have the potential to serve as either supportive factors or instruments of sabotage in terms of ultimate outcomes. Such
factors can range, depending on the organization and its business or social enterprise, from regulatory factors, economic conditions, national attitudes, political climate, technology advancement and much more. Add to that
the additional complications associated with operating in a nation that is not the organizations "home" and such matters receive a greater measure of complication. Just as people do not
