stepped outside societal norms. Women are often the target of societal attacks and those attacks are often either against women who are perceived as too strong and assertive or
against women who claim they are victims of a crime such as rape. A woman is expected to maintain her place in our society and that place should be
neither one of power or one of accusing the male gender of any wrongdoing. Any time a woman becomes the attacked,
particularly when it involves a sexual attack like rape or a domestic abuse situation they have a very high probability of encountering a hostile law enforcement, and judicial society whose
goal it seems is to put as much doubt on their claims as possible. The same is true when a woman reaches the point in her development where she
is willing to stand on her own knowledge and professionalism and to assert her cause or point, whatever that cause or point might be are attacked even more frequently.
In reality women who are willing to assert the fact that they have been wronged fall into the same category as the strong and
assertive women. Women who file claims of rape must first be subjected to a battery of evidence collecting tests to determine the validity of their statements and to gather
evidence which could potentially be used to convict a rapist if apprehended. Already emotionally distraught they have to withstand the cold and foreign environment of a police station and
allow the officials to perform vaginal swabs, combings of their pubic hairs, to access bruising and to administer medications. The accuracy
