organization that exist for the mentoring or tutoring of CIS to students. The first set of organizations that exists which will provide similar services are the schools with both IT
lessons as well as the after school clubs that provide a range of different tutoring and support services for students. There are also some companies locally that provide private tutoring
in all subjects including the use of computers. Many of these organizations concentrate on the more formal aspect of CIS and are run by teachers or volunteers that are peers
to the teachers. There are also some less formal but more difficult to fine e-mail groups or CIS forums that are accessible on the internet that do not suffer from
geographical barriers, but these are also limited in terms of personal contact and may not have the same level of credibility with the organizational structure. If the need was already
being satisfied sufficiently the project would not be feasible as a service project (Kotler, 2003). 2. We need to consider what student needs this organization will fulfill. This is to
be a student run organization, as such this makes it less formal club that can help students on a peer to peer basis. There are many areas of computing that
are either not covered by the more formal channels or areas where additional help is needed. The organization will aim to help the students in both of these areas, supplementing
the formal lessons with the ability too help students in a practical setting practice skills for different programs that are used inside and outside of school from Microsoft office products
