The international telecommunications market has been closed to any competition because nearly every country has a company that already has a monopoly holding on the telecommunications market. But
the regulations that allow these monopolies to exist are changing as the countries are looking for more competition in the telecommunications market. Fax International, Inc. feels that they are
ready to capitalize on these changes as they have in place the technology, the management team and the regulatory approvals that they will need to be successful. Fax International, Inc.
intentions are to first establish themselves in the United States to Tokyo market and then to expand after the first twelve months to the London to United States market and
the Paris to United States market. The only step remaining to bring this concept to a reality is a second round of financing. CORE OPPORTUNITY CONDITIONS Now is the
opportune time for Fax International Inc. to launch their new business in the international market. In June, 1990, the European Commission directed the members of the European Economic Community to
begin deregulation of the telecommunications market. At the same time, the United States and Japan have negotiated an agreement known as International Value Added Network Services (IVANS) which guarantees
access to the Japanese market for such business as Fax International, Inc. The actions of the European Commission and the agreement between the United States and Japan have laid
