systems analysis and design, in the proper sense, mandates an ongoing organizational commitment to support and implementation, as guided by specific activities. These activities are intended to do as the
name suggests: to assist in the implementation of designed systems for clients, in order to maximize the utility and reception of those systems, and to provide support that allows clients
to achieve the full effects of the designed system. Support and implementation activities are activities which are carried out after delivery of a designed system in order to maximize the
successful operation of that system through assisting organizations in implementing the systems into their existing information technology framework (or building a new one as needed), as well as providing support
to the client as they grow accustomed to the utilization of the newly designed and implemented system. As such, these activities provide immense value to systems designers, as they help
to ensure the quality of delivered products, as well as building and maintain corporate brand and reputation, and fulfilling corporate social responsibility (Light, 2007). In other word, its as much
a part of system design as actually coding. That said, there are certain difficulties inherent in developing implementation activities. For instance, there is the fact that implementation activities must
