on most businesses, To understand how this has taken place this paper takes the form of a fictitious interview with a sales director of a retail business that is now
on the internet. The first question is why the business decided to go into e-commerce and followed by question that have looked to assertion the problems and successes encountered and
the results of the entrance into e-commerce. The following is a synopsis of what that interview may have revealed. The decision to enter

internet trade, otherwise known as e-commerce, is predicted at reaching US$1,533.2 billion (Hobley, 2001). We wanted a piece of this pie. This appeared easy to achieve, with fewer barriers to
trade, a product that could be solder internationally and the ability to take payments, there is the potential to reach a great many more potential customers though the internet.
