the ownership and use of the name Jimi Hendrix. The question that needs to be answered here regards the domain name jimihendrix.com. The main question is does the respondent have
any rights or a legitimate interest to use this domain name and whether or not the domain name was registered in bad faith. If the domain site has not
been registered in bad faith then it is possible that Mr Hammerton may have a gitiamte use, for example, if he is using as a true fan club site and
did not set it up with the intention of seeking to profit from the Jimi Hendrix name. The court has to decide whether to prevent Mr Hammerton and the
