331, Smithville, Cook County, Illinois, declare this to be the Codicil to my Last Will and Testament dated October 18, 2001. During the five years since I created
my first will, a number of circumstances have changed that warrant changes in the distribution of my assets, which are outlined below. First, I have divorced and remarried, and
want to change the primary beneficiary of my will to reflect this marital change. In addition, my daughter Jane has also borne a child since my will was first
created, and I would like this additional grandchild to be integrated into the distribution of assets. Finally, the person that I noted as the Executor of my original will
has become incapacitated due to illness, and so I am naming a new Executor to my Last Will and Testament. My Last Will and Testament will be modified as
follows: First: Section 2(b) of my Will, which pertains to the distribution of specific gifts of my estate (outside of
jointly owned real property and other joint property) to my first wife, Lee Smith, shall be changed to reflect the distribution of those gifts to my second wife, Martha Smith.
These include family items owned prior to the marriage, including my 1980 Bentley and my grandmothers diamond engagement ring, outlined in this section of the will. In addition,
section 2(c) also notes the transfer of stock property to my first wife, Lee Smith, and this should be deleted and change to reflect the transfer of stock property to
