much information available on dealing with employee stress, but some information is more valuable research than others; there was much weeding out of inconsequential information, and what is included herein
is the best of the information studied. It is found that one of the biggest stresses on the job is that of making an employee into something he or she
is not. Corporations are beginning to realize that of all their assets and most important tool to get ahead in business, it is their human capital that is the
most valuable. For years companies have done studies on efficiency, equipment and other ideas in order to get the most value for their dollar. They finally understand that
