of one-piece knitted woolen bathing suits set the stage for an ever-progressing style that became slinkier and slinkier as the decades past. The significant change that came about in
1922, which set everyone to take an immediate opinion, what the absence of the typically lengthy bottoms and overtly covered tops. Rather, what was introduced that year was a
swimsuit with thigh high snug shorts underneath a short, tight skirt and a thinly strapped dipping V or oval neckline that often required beach police to physically measure each plunge
