group is the large learning group, which really should also knowledge of the two groups with more formalized leadership structure; the second was the peer learning group which we will
assume is the smaller of the two groups with a less formalized structure. When looking at the way the groups of developed it
is possible to use system psychodynamics as a way of understanding the development; this is an approach which combines the three different disciplines of psychoanalysis, the series method of group
relations and lastly open systems perspectives. Neumann (1999), states that system psychodynamics is; "a term used to refer to the collective psychological behaviour...... provides a way of thinking about
energizing or motivating forces resulting from the interconnection between various groups and sub-units of a social system " (p. 57). The first of the disciplines in front of psychoanalysis,
which can be traced back to the development of Freud and Klein under work in psychology and the inside of the psychological evaluations are able to add to the field
of group behaviour (Freud, 1921). Although Freud did not group behavior as an individual subject, his work looking at the individual help to shed light on the way the individuals
