website first provides the visitor with some information about how grateful they are for a visitors business or purchase. Some companies use this page to really make more of a
statement regarding what customer service means to the company. They may, for example, claim "We are passionate about good customer service" On this particular customer service page they state "
Gear That Gives (a GreaterGood store) will always work to satisfy our customers and make it easy to shop with us" (The Animal Rescue Site, 2005). On this page
there are also other links that involve other causes, and then outlines many of the services they provide. There is information about a current deal on shipping, a flat rate
shipping fee, and then the page outlines many different customer service conditions a visitor may wish to know. The first one discusses estimating you delivery time. It states that
the customer can expect their package in 1-2 weeks. It does not, however, indicate what kind of shipping is involved. They do not state that a customer can choose from
various forms of delivery such as express, or priority, or standard. This may be something offered when a person has is purchasing something in the checkout process, but in this
