be expected that the topic of immigration is going to come into sharp focus once again. While many politicians are rallying against illegal immigrants and championing laws such as the
ones passed in Arizona and similar measures being considered by several other states, more thought should really be given to the health care issues faced by these immigrants instead of
how to kick them all out of the country. This is a hard argument to push for since many Americans are already lined
up against illegal immigrants often believing the alarmist media view that anyone south of the border has come to steal our jobs and take our money. Why, many ask, should
the undocumented residents of the United States be given access to health care and institutions that were created and designed for the legal citizenry? There are actually several reasons why
allowing illegal immigrants access to health care and insurance can be beneficial to the country and its citizens. President Obamas recent attempts
to overhaul the healthcare system actually denied illegal immigrants access to public health care and insurance despite what several members of the Tea Party and right-wing conservatives seemed to think
