recognisable menu which does make ordering easier from the extensive menu. However, the visit starts when arriving at the restaurant. We arrived at the restaurant early evening, before it
was dusk. The restaurant is a stand alone unit with its own car park. The car park was neat and tidy, there was some landscaping at the edges of the
car park, with some bushes, this was minimal, but still neat and tidy. The Outback was easily visible and the red Outback sign high above the door was visible from
a long way down the road. The stand alone building was painted white, the paint looked clean, the front door was approached fro the car park with set of
mainly glass double doors and no steps. The menu was visible from outside in the window of the restaurant. This gave a good first impression, this is important
as first impression impact on the way we will interpret the rest of the experience (Hooley et al, 2003) The interior of the restaurant made the Australian theme very visible,
with a boomerang on the wall. The style in addition to the Australian theme was that of wood. The floor was a natural woods style and the tables and chairs
all matched with warm wood tones, along the side of the restaurant there were booths that could seat 4, these gave a more private dining experience with the low
hung light, crating a more intimate atmosphere. In the centre of the restaurant were simple style chairs and some tables that had an unusual curve to them. This gave a
