it cannot be fully evaluated in a paper this short. Instead, we are dealing with the first accountability on the list, which tasks the employee with the responsibility of providing
"analytic support for sourcing projects impacting business units." This sounds like the person is expected to find the best sources (vendors) for the various business units for which he is
responsible. Well go down the list of objectives. The first is that they must be specific and clear. The objectives will vary from company to company, and there is no
one "right" way to construct them. But it seems from looking over the list of responsibilities that go with this position that there is a lot of financial manipulation involved.
With that as a background, we can begin to devise objectives for the position, such as: the employee will be required to complete each analysis within 48 hours and each
analysis will include as statement outlining how it will impact each of the companys business units. A "challenging" objective is one thats tough enough to keep the employee interested.
Putting a time constraint on the analyses may help to meet this requirement. Next, the objectives have to be agreed upon. Here, since it appears that Disney is broken into
business units, which are more or less autonomous, the unit heads, this employee and his immediate supervisor will all have to agree on how they want him to perform these
